Dr. Christopher Kalhorn is Professor of Neurosurgery at Medstar Georgetown University Hospital. He is the Director of Functional and Epilepsy surgery at Medstar Georgetown. Dr. Kalhorn also serves as member of the Board of Directors at Medstar Health and is the Chair of the Quality, Safety and Professional Affairs Committee at Medstar Health. Dr. Kalhorn established the Movement Disorders program at Medstar in 2002 and is an expert in Deep Brain Stimulation surgery, asleep Deep Brain stimulation, epilepsy surgery, and robotic epilepsy surgery. He has over 2 decades of experience caring for individuals with Parkinson's disease and other movement disorders.
