Mayra Pozo, MSN, RN, FNP-BC is a board-certified family nurse practitioner at Mount Sinai West Hospital in New York where she specializes in the diagnosis and management of Parkinson’s disease and movement disorders. She earned her Master of Science as a Nurse Practitioner from Long Island University in Brooklyn where she completed extensive clinical training across diverse care settings. Ms Pozo is dedicated to providing comprehensive, multidisciplinary care, with expertise in deep brain stimulation and focused ultrasound. Ms. Pozo is fluent in English and Spanish and is an active member of the New York State Nurses Association and International Parkinson and Movement Disorders Society.
